The Associate Project Manager is responsible for the logistical aspects of the creation and implementation of network graphics, show packages, event insert and titles.
>ResponsibilitiesWork with Art Directors and Creatives to keep jobs on schedule and within budget, ensuring the highest quality graphics
Work with show staff to ensure punctual delivery of on-air assets for live and taped shows
Download images and convert graphic files
Conduct online research
Format and post approval files to the web
Communicate with vendors, clients and team members
Collaborate with other in-house Project Managers and Scheduler
Estimate and schedule jobs
Basic QualificationsMinimum five (5) years’ experience working at a network or broadcast design agency
Understanding of the technical implementation of design elements in network television and live sports environments
Fluent in on-air show packaging and insert graphic elements terminology
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other Project Managers to assign internal resources
