Supporting all NBC news teams in the field and across the London bureau, we’ll look to you to research, coordinate and gather coverage of breaking news and ongoing stories on an international scale. That means keeping one ear to the ground and making the most of your industry contacts – as well as research tools, social media sites and the wider internet – to quickly pick up on interesting stories and gain first coverage. It also means working closely with producers to pitch story ideas, reach out to sources and officials, identify compelling elements (archival and new), booking live transmissions and coordinating delivery on NBC News platforms.
