Foundry is in search of a Marketing Manager who will create and execute go-to-market plans for the Foundry product portfolio. The Marketing Manager will develop and manage marketing campaigns designed to work across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy, you will collaborate closely on the execution of key strategic initiatives.
As an insight-driven marketer who can bridge the world of business, creative and technology, you will play an imperative role in scaling Foundry’s products reach by connecting marketplace insights with strategic positioning efforts and creative execution of campaigns. You have gracefully guided creative projects and brand to create impactful campaigns and you have experience leading and collaborating across teams. Ideally, you have product marketing or brand management experience for a high-consideration technology products.
Drive awareness and understanding of Foundry products through multi-channel campaigns, from product strategy through to execution
Develop product strategy for owned products and own and lead the implementation of integrated marketing plans for the products across channels (digital, field, PR, content)
Coordinate cross-functional teams in marketing (digital, field, brand/content/PR, education) to ensure plans are aligned and deliver against the objectives
Brief, manage and motivate internal content production teams and external agencies to deliver work that hits the brief, including reviewing and refining the work to ensure the output delivers against the plan and objectives
As point lead on product launches, releases and initiatives you will be the interface between marketing and product teams, ensuring both areas have the information they need to take products to market; this includes attending briefing sessions, familiarising with product information, then translating and briefing that into the broader marketing and external agency teams and managing the feedback and approvals
Work with internal and external teams to translate product and positioning information from Product teams to customer facing communications which is to be driven by marketing
Build a consistent brand story and experience across all marketing collateral for your product offerings
Take ownership of our PR efforts and management of external agencies and lead the development of PR plans for owned product offerings
Understand the competitive landscape, find gaps and follow trends, use insight to contribute to marketing strategy and plans
Manage key stakeholders in the business including Product and Sales to effectively deliver successful launch plans and campaigns on time and in budget
Collaborate with analytics to ensure we are always data-centric and measuring, learning and refining our plans
5+ years in marketing, with background in technology/software highly valued
Skilled at crafting compelling stories, both in writing and verbally and across marketing and business needs
Proven success working across teams and functions including engineering, product, design, marketing, business development teams
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
Creativity in developing actionable analysis and recommendations and problem-solving
Self-starter attitude and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
An ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up environment
Insatiable curiosity to find a better way to market to potential customers
Be skilled in setting the right level of strategy that guides and encourages experimentation
