Responsibilities of the Producer, Special Projects, could include, but are not limited to:
-Work in coordination with other project leads on planning and execution of events
-Bring new and creative ideas for event production, branding and attendee experience
-Source and coordinate vendors for production and execution based on timeline and budget expectations
-Manage contract approval process with legal and finance
-Work with production and tech managers on event execution, budgeting, and technical needs
-Help to create run-of-show, staffing and coverage documents
-Communicate clearly across departments internally to execute overall production plan
-Coordinate with sales marketing team to meet sponsor requirements
-Contribute to TV, digital and social coverage
-Maintain open and regular communication with event partners throughout planning process
-A minimum of 3 years event production experience
-Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
-Must be detail oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-Must be willing to travel
- Must have positive, can-do attitude for high performance, high output position
-Must be a self-starter who can work independently as well as collaborate successfully with teams across the network
-Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

-Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with all levels of management
